Shipping Time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery typically takes:

• 2-5 working days for metro cities
• 3-7 working days for other locations

(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, national holidays, state holidays(Kerala) or unforeseen circumstances.)

 

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders - Free Shipping
• COD Orders - Standard COD fee may apply

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime until delivery.

 

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@herlayne.com as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before dispatch. 

 

Delivery Attempts

The courier will make two delivery attempts.
If undelivered, the package may be returned to us.

 

Wrong/Damaged/Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours with relevant photos or video, and we will replace it once approved.
