Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Herlayne pieces. 

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

 

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The return request is raised within our return window
  • The item is not discounted under “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

 

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@herlayne.com with the subject 'Return Request':

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video or product images clearly showing the issue

We will guide you through the next steps.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • For damaged/wrong items, Herlayne will cover the replacement shipping.

 

Cancellation of your order

Every order is generally fulfilled within 1-2 days of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. 

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges)

 

How to Request Order Cancellation

Email us at support@herlayne.com with the subject 'Order Cancellation' and include your order number in the message. Our team will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product delivered is incorrect

In such cases, we will send a replacement at no cost.

We don't provide exchange option in any other cases. But to ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refunds are issued once the returned item passes our quality check.
Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders  - refunded to the source of payment within 7-10 working days
  • COD Orders - refunded via store credit within 7-10 working days

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
